While all of the fall 2015 enrollment reports utilized the same IPEDS data, we all drew conclusions as to the state of higher education: student enrollments at degree granting institutions continued to decline from fall 2012, down three percent or 662,461 students. Missing from all of these examinations are the demographics of the students. This report aims to fill that gap.
